since i've been back from Scotland , i've been working away waitressing , trying to save money to get back .... As a result my feet have grown very sore from too much time spent in the work shoes . i was getting tired and grumpy this week and loosing my inspired energy . As well, i've been feeling soooo razzzled from what is happening in Dakota , that i was in deep need of some Nature Therapy . So i connected with my kin nature girl i met while travelling in Ireland , and to the woods we went ! We found a clay bank and right away my feet were instantly soooothed! getting your hands dirty is the next step to relaxing in Nature . wiggle your figures in the mud make stuff create homes for little people to play in ! let the mud soak deeply into your feet and then rinse them off in the salt ocean waters .....letting go off all the toxins that drain from your feet ! Natures free foot spa ! then begin your frolic to the Forrest cross over rivers and streams if possible to drink up the intelligence of the mountain waters doing this in your work clothes is okay . You must just get yourself to the woods it can really help if you know some Forrest elfs who will take you along on an adventure ... Especially in these darker Scorpio days when some may be in a slump. Thank you dear sister friend ! all of life is a circle . A spiral of life . Keep your waters flowing & growing 💚 water is sacred . You are water. Let us remember and return home

80's movies were the best. I grew up on this movie. In fact, my sister and I would rent it over and over again, literally counting the times we could watch it (we hit over 50 !) One weekend, we went on a marathon, and just replayed it over n over. (the soundtrack was great ! and became a part of our lives) Why risk renting a new movie that might not be as good ? (~Tanya Turner) I think my sister could recite the whole movie. I remember there were some John Candy scenes that we would roll around laughing at (and learn some cool tricks too ! ) I was inspired by Daryl Hannah (and she grew up to be a pretty cool environmental activist lady too and is now with Neil Young ! ) When i finally made it to New York City, I couldnt wait to go to all the places she went to after she had arose from the sea . Especially Madison Ave, from where she got her name :) This morning I awoke so early and had a tub party ! It started with "Wooly Bully" ! the beginning song in Splash . What a way to wake up ! After a year of living on Salt Spring with no bath tub (and after multiple summers of camper van living ...) I decided when I got to Victoria I would have a place with an amazing tub! and i sure found one... I am quite certain I have the best tub in all of the greater Victoria area! Soooooo Super blessed! i can just feel my feet turn back into fins and my tail unfold and spread out as i lay in the Salt Water....just like the scene in Splash! minute 1:32 below is what happens! lol! did you see that TCM ~ TURNER CLASSIC MOVIES! haha, no wonder we may have felt so intuned with this film as kids. haha. tho, this trailer is better ..... ! <3 So if you are into watching movies while in the tub , i recomend checking out Splash ! Its still holds up! Orrrr for an amazing Selkie Oceanic Irish Soundtrack check out Songs of the Sea! Wowsers!!!
